Seriously Losing Weight

I’m serious about losing some weight, so I can fit into my wardrobe. And I am having some success.

I found this 7 day diet. One day veggies only, next day fruit only. On the fourth day bananas and milk only. And then on days six and seven some meat. There is also a delicious clear vegetable soup recipe which is included in one of the days.

I believe it originated in GM, yes, the car people, as part of their employee health, wealth and weight loss program. It’s been copied and plagarised on many weight loss web sites. if anybody knows the real origin I would like to give credit. I mean, 4 kilograms already…
