Its Best to Start on a Monday

The GM weight loss diet that is.

Ground Rules:

  • No alcohol.
  • No salad dressings except vinegar, lemon juice and 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  • 10 glasses of water per day

Monday: Any fruit except banana. Eat all you want. Especially watermelon.

Tuesday: Breakfast is a large baked potato. I season it with pepper. And then any vegetable. Eat all you can. Raw or cooked.

Wednesday: Any fruit plus any vegetable. Except banana and potato. Eat until you are satisfied.

Thursday: 8 bananas, 2 glasses of milk and vegetable soup. I make banana shake for breakfast and lunch, vegetable soup for dinner and banana for dessert.

Friday: 2 portions of lean beef (10 oz) plus 6 tomatoes. Also increase water intake by 2 pints.

Saturday: Unlimited amounts of lean beef and vegetables.

Sunday: Brown rice, vegetables and fresh fruit juice.

The vegetable soup: You can substitute for vegetables you cannot find with any other available or one that you particularly enjoy. No beans.

How to cook:

  • 28 oz water
  • large onions
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 whole tomatoes
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 bunch celery
  • 1 cube chicken stock
  • herbs and flavors as you think will taste good. But I like it with just pepper.

Place all ingredients in a large pot, bring to boil and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
