You need to keep to the GM weight loss plan for the whole seven days, because:

Day one – prepares your body for what’s coming up. Fruit is nature’s perfect food, but whatever fruit you do eat, they will not provide a totally balanced diet.

Day two – starts with your requirement for complex carbohydrates, followed by calorie-free vegetables for fiber and nutrients.

Day three – your body starts to burn excess fats.

Day four – provides potassium and sodium. The sweetness from the bananas will satisfy your craving for sweet things.

Day five – iron, proteins and fiber. The additional water will purify the system. Maybe do not eat all the meat but make sure you finish up the tomatoes.

Day six – similar to day five, iron, proteins, fiber and vitamins. By now the weight is dropping fast.

Day seven – complete the program with a celebration of fiber and nutrients.
